Tabby Tramel has served as the director of Kids Connection Early Learning Center since 2014. Prior to KCELC she worked as a nanny, assisted in multiple licensed daycare facilities, as well as a host of other jobs. She faithfully attends New Life UPC in Smithville, TN of which KCELC is affiliated. Her passion for Kids Connection is to assist in building a solid foundation by partnering with parents in the early development of their child. 

To serve and meet the needs of the children of DeKalb County.  Through loving and serving God, we work for their happiness and well being. 

All children reach their fullest potential in a safe and nurturing environment. 

KCELC is open from 6:30 AM until 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. With the exception of the infant room, which is open from 7:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

We are closed the following days each year:

• New Year's Day

• Professional Development day in February 

• Good Friday

• Memorial Day

• 4th of July

• Shut down week in July  (exact dates to be announced)

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving: Close early on Wednesday Thursday and Friday 

• Christmas Holiday (to be determined)

• Conference day in September

• If any of these holidays fall on a weekend, the center will close on a Monday or Friday, to be determined by the Director
